ICICI Bank Limited (BSE: 532174, NSE: ICICIBANK, NYSE: IBN) is the largest private sector bank in India in terms of assets and market capitalization. With over 52 million customers and 84,000 employees, it operates a network of approximately 14,000 ATMs and 4,850 branches including over 2,500 branches in rural and semi-urban areas. ICICI also has subsidiaries in the UK and Canada, branches in the United States, Germany, Belgium, Singapore, Bahrain, Hong Kong, Sri Lanka, Qatar and Dubai as well as representative offices in United Arab Emirates, China, South Africa, Bangladesh, Thailand, Malaysia and Indonesia. It is considered as one of the Big Four banks in India along with State Bank of India, Punjab National Bank and Bank of Baroda. ICICI Bank was named the Best Retail Bank in India by The Asian Banker as well as ranked first in India at the Euromoney Private Banking & Wealth Management Survey in 2016. As of March 2017, the company had consolidated total assets of INR 9.860 trillion (US$152 billion) and deposits of US$79 billion. ICICI issued more than 110,000 Kisan Credit Cards (KCCs) in 2017.
