Autobank AG Reports Earnings Results for the Year Ended December 31, 2010
For the year, the company improved from its net annual loss from EUR 1 million to loss of EUR 43,000, taking into account the costs of the IPO. Operating result turned from a loss was EUR 3,000 to a profit of EUR 807,000. Operating income rose 16.8% to EUR 11.3 million.

The Austrian AutoBank joined the Entry Standard of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange. The first price was fixed at 2,50 Euro. The public offering (with prospectus) included 1,890,000 new shares. “Austria alone holds wide-ranging growth potential for us”, said Gerhard Fischer, a member of Autobank’s Executive Board.
