Mediolanum S.p.A. was an Italian financial services group established by Ennio Doris in 1982. With over 2,500 employees, it offered products and services in all financial sectors including deposit and lending products, investment and pension products, insurance, mutual funds and more. The company's main shareholders were the Doris Family (40.3%) and Berlusconi's Fininvest S.p.A. (30%).
In 2015, it was merged with Banca Mediolanum S.p.A. (so-called "reverse" merger of Mediolanum S.p.A. into Banca Mediolanum S.p.A.)
