Credit Europe Bank N.V. (CEB N.V.) is an international financial services group headquartered in Amsterdam.

With about 6 million customers, it has operations in eight European countries as well as in China and the UAE. The company provides a wide array financial products and services including retail banking, SME banking, corporate banking and private banking. Under corporate banking, CEB provides structured trade and commodity finance, lending and syndicated loans, FX services, project finance, factoring and marine finance. Trade and Commodity Finance is organized around three fields: metals and minerals; oil, petrochemicals and derivatives; and agri products (including fertilizers and soft commodities). One of the Bank’s strategic aims is to rank among Europe’s top direct retail banks, by offering simple savings and lending products through direct channels in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany and Malta. Currently, CEB has about 130 branches, 655 ATMs and approximately 4,250 employees. The company was formerly known as Finansbank (Holland) N.V. and changed its name to Credit Europe Bank in 2007, when Finansbank AS was sold to the National Bank of Greece. In 2010, Credit Europe Bank completed acquisition of a 95% stake in Millennium Bank, a Turkey-based subsidiary of Banco Comercial Português SA. Credit Europe Bank was established on February 24, 1994 and is owned by FIBA Group, one of the largest financial conglomerates in Turkey. As of June 30, 2017, CEB had total assets of EUR 7.5 billion, customer loans of EUR 4.97 billion and customer deposits of EUR 5.1 billion.
