Zuger Kantonalbank AG is a full-service bank operating in the canton Zug. It focuses on mortgage business and corporate finance. The company offers savings accounts, lending products, pensions, asset management, private banking, investment advisory and trust services, real estate financing, mobile and online banking and other services. Zuger Kantonalbank is incorporated as a limited company under public law and is 50% owned by the canton of Zug. The remaining shares are distributed among about 10,000 shareholders. Zuger Kantonalbank shares are traded on SIX Swiss Exchange with a market capitalization of CHF 1.5 billion. As at June 30, 2017, the Bank’s total assets and deposits amounted to CHF 14.565 billion and CHF 9.1 billion, respectively. Zuger Kantonalbank was established in 1892 and employs about 450 people.
