Banco Inbursa, S.A., Institución de Banca Múltiple is the main subsidiary of Grupo Financiero Inbursa. The Bank is positioned as one of the most capitalized banks in Mexico. Seguros Inbursa, S.A. provides a wide range of insurance products and services including property and casualty insurance, life insurance, health insurance, home insurance, auto insurance and accident insurance. The company was established in 1957 under the name Seguros de Mexico and changed its name to Seguros Inbursa in 1994. As of June 30, 2015, it had total assets of MXN 92.439 billion (US$5.9 billion) and employed about 2,000 people.
