Danske Bank in Norway (formerly known as Fokus Bank) is the Norwegian operations of Danske Bank Group, the largest bank in Denmark and one of the largest banks in Scandinavia and the Nordic countries. Until November 2012, Danske Bank operated in Norway under the brand name Focus Bank. The company provides a wide range of financial products and services to retail and corporate customers. It offers savings and current accounts, term deposits, personal and business loans, debit and credit cards, insurance and pension products, online and mobile banking, securities trading, private banking, asset management, leasing and more. Danske Bank has 36 locations and employs approximately 1,380 people in Norway. It posted income of DKK 7.522 billion and profit after tax of DKK 1.538 billion in the financial year ended 31 December 2015.
