Bank and Clients plc (trading as B&C) is a UK private bank headquartered in London with presence in Spain, Switzerland and Canada. B&C offers personal and business savings accounts, loans for medium and large companies as well as mortgages for customers whose requirements are not always met by the larger credit institutions. Bank and Clients plc operates as a subsidiary of Ocean Industries S.A. B&C was created through the combination of Church House Trust ltd and Ocean Capital in 2014. The Bank’s mortgage book reached £39 million in June 2017.
